This piece of kit just oozes quality, made from stainless steel 18/8 and is yet just 95 grams. Fuel capacity is 120ml for a decent burn time.
Tatonka Flame Adjuster
To go along with the fuel burner is a rather nice simmer ring or flame adjuster. As the name suggests you plonk this on top of your burner to moderate the intensity of the flame from a roar to a more gentle heat so that you don’t burn whatever it is you are cooking.
Most alcohol burners without a simmer ring are good for boiling fluid as quickly as possible but sometimes you need a little more finesse!
Tatonka Simmer Ring
Like the burner this is made from stainless steel 18/8 and as you might expect mates with the burner nicely for packing. It weighs just 30 grams
Tatonka Burner Stand
Finally the burner stand completes the line up. Plonk your burner in the stand, and your pot on top and you’re in business.
For a steady burn
Again made from stainless steel 18/8, the legs of the stand disassemble for a compact pack size and weighs just 120 grams. The whole shebang easily fits inside your billy can for carriage adding just 240grams to your pack weight.
