Here at Lakeland Bushcraft we like to sell the kind of stuff we like to buy, simple as that. We also don’t like to advertise stuff for sale that we don’t have in stock. I don’t know about you but when I make a purchase online I like to think that product will be winging its jolly way to me within the next day or so. That’s not to say we don’t sometimes run out of stock, of course we do.
A quick message from the Stores Manager…
We try to make sure we have enough stock to cover likely orders and take into account supplier lead times. But from time to time the supplier chain breaks down or we get a sudden rush. In this case we will put a notice on the website to tell customers there will be a delay. If we know the delay will be a long one we may even withdraw the item for sale. Customers who have ordered an out of stock item will be notified and, of course, if a delay is unacceptable a refund will be given.
